Changing attitude to preprepared blog posts
I used to write all my blog posts the week beforehand so I knew I would have something to publish if something came up. But now my attitude towards this have changed…
I think since I stopped this and started writing them so that they can be published the next morning the quality of my posts has increased in a few ways:
They are more relevant.
The quality is better.
They are more enjoyable to write.
I feel less pressure to produce content.
I spend my time more wisely.
I think the most important of all of these are that I am enjoying blogging a lot more. In the period a couple month or so back I stopped because I felt it a chore to keep churning out these blog posts that I was quite detached about. In all I didn’t think that they were adding anything to the internet.
All in all, I hope that this is the shallow patch that every blogger probably goes through at some time or another - or maybe it’s just me!
What do you think is the best way to write a blog post? All the week’s at once. Or as you think of them.

April 2nd, 2008 at 8:10 pmI noticved for now several weeks that you did improve your writing and opinions. Your texts are more mature than one year ago ! Good. For my part, writing takes time, I’ve difficulties to write my mind. I don’t reallay mind if you write almost daily or just once a week. I just think that a weekly post will have more reflexion (up to 7 days to think is the topic), and be more spontaneous with a daily post. I think you have to find yourself by trying if you like better longer post, with more reflexion, or more short text. However you can post short messages full of content to (the extreme being the Haiku
)
As Chris is writing, this shoudn’t be a task, but somthing you like to do !
